Welcome to QUAR Fitness on demand classes. With your membership, you have unlimited access to all our courses.

The classes are for ALL levels, all body types. New classes added weekly.

Out of shape? Injured? Nervous? No worries.

We offer modifications to allow you to move up and down in levels. Take it at your own pace, grab a break when you need it.

QUAR’s on demand classes are meant to be repeated. The more you do them, the better you will get at it, allowing you to increase weight or take up-levels when you can.
