Pilates
QUAR’s signature Pilates classes are rooted in the fundamentals of mat Pilates with a little extra kick. Modifications allow the user to level up or take a step back to match the workout to your capability.
Beginner Basics
Developed to introduce novices and beginners to the fundamentals of QUAR’s Pilates classes. We break down the moves a little slower, a little less complicated and with more descriptive cues. Perfect for the first timer and those familiarizing themselves with QUAR courses.

KidFit
Fitness for kids, by kids! General fitness classes designed for children, taught by our very own KidFit kids, Cameron and Holly. Prepare to jump, dance, stretch and enjoy fun, easy to manage workouts designed with kids in mind. Parents can join too! Recommended for age 3 and up.
Functional Fitness
Full body, high intensity, low impact classes based on the fundamentals of natural movement utilizing the resistance of your body without a lot of fancy equipment.
